Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with at least 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the specified scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities

Develop & implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals & deliverables.

Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Track project expenses and manage project budgets effectively

Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Provide leadership and direction to project team members

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 - 8 years of experience

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in project management software/tools.

Ability to commute
