Position Title: Site Supervisor

Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture, or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design.

Experience: 2-4 Years

Job Brief: 

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day site execution for interior projects. The role involves coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and labour, supervising various interior works, interpreting architectural and interior drawings, verifying site measurements and quantities, and supporting BOQ and billing verification. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining site reports, resolving execution-related issues, and ensuring quality, safety, discipline, and timely completion of projects.. 

Roles & Responsibilities:   

• Take complete responsibility for day-to-day site execution and progress.

• Coordinate and manage vendors, subcontractors, and labour at site.

• Plan daily activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule.

• Read, understand and execute architectural and interior drawings.

• Take and verify site measurements and quantities for completed works.

• Verify vendor measurements and assist with BOQ and billing verification.

• Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting and other interior works.

• Identify site issues, coordinate with the Project Manager/design team and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates and site photographs.

• Ensure proper site discipline, safety and housekeeping.

Required Skills Set:  

• 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction or site execution.

• Strong knowledge of interior execution and construction materials.

• Ability to confidently read and interpret architectural/interior drawings.

• Good knowledge of site measurements and quantity verification.

• Experience managing vendors, contractors and labour teams.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently manage a site and take ownership of execution.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
