Job Description

Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out | Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day interior fit-out activities on site

• Coordinate execution of works such as partitions, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and finishes

• Read, interpret, and implement approved drawings, shop drawings, and specifications

• Ensure works are carried out as per design, quality standards, and project schedule

• Coordinate with designers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Monitor material deliveries, usage, and site storage

• Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity take-offs when required

• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations

• Inspect completed works and prepare snag lists and punch points

• Assist in quality inspections and handover documentation

• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates

• Identify site issues and propose practical solutions to avoid delays

• Support project manager in planning, coordination, and cost control
