We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in home interiors to supervise on-site execution, coordinate with workers and vendors, and ensure that interior projects are completed on time with the expected quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities for residential interior projects.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other contractors.
Monitor work progress, quality, and project timelines.
Ensure execution follows approved designs and measurements.
Manage materials, site requirements, and labour coordination.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
Update management on project progress and site requirements.
Job Requirements:
BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant experience in home interiors or residential interior projects.
Good knowledge of interior execution, materials, measurements, and finishing work.
Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project locations.
Travel Allowance: ₹4,000 per month
