Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Design & Technical Consultation: • Create innovative and practical design solutions for Concrete surfaces, windows & doors, and flooring solutions based on project requirements. • Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software to create detailed drawings and layouts. • Provide technical guidance on product specifications, material selection, and installation feasibility. • Conduct site visits to take measurements and ensure accurate execution of designs.

Skills & Competencies: • Strong technical knowledge Concrete surfaces, windows & doors, and flooring solutions. • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Ability to consult and influence architects, contractors, and decision-makers. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for customized client solutions. 3. Additional Requirements: • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently. • Knowledge of pricing, quotations, and project-based sales is a plus.
