Roles and Responsibilities -

•Labour Management: Plan and manage workforce deployment, attendance, and productivity; coordinate with contractors.

•Supervisor Coordination: Assign duties, review progress, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.

•Material & Inventory: Requisition, verify, and track materials; liaise with vendors for timely deliveries.

•Billing & Documentation: Maintain DPRs, MBs, and support billing with accurate records and client approvals.

•Site Execution: Oversee execution as per schedule and quality standards; minimize rework.

•Safety & Compliance: Ensure site safety, report incidents, and maintain emergency protocols.

•Client Coordination: Handle client interactions, site visits, and approvals professionally.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
