About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior design and turnkey projects at various sites across Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure that site work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites.

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved architectural, interior, MEP, and detailed working drawings.

• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, project managers, contractors, and vendors.

• Manage and monitor carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, furniture, and other interior works.

• Ensure proper sequence and coordination of different site activities.

• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.

• Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions against drawings.

• Identify site issues, discrepancies, and execution challenges and report them to the project manager/designer.

• Coordinate with contractors and workers to ensure timely completion of assigned work.

• Track daily progress and provide regular site updates.

• Maintain daily site reports, work-progress records, material requirements, and manpower details.

• Ensure materials are delivered, stored, and utilized properly at the site.

• Check material quantities and specifications before installation.

• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and installation.

• Ensure proper finishing and detailing as per the design intent.

• Conduct regular quality checks and rectify defects before handover.

• Follow up on pending work and ensure timely closure of snag points.

• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards at the site.

• Coordinate site visits with clients and communicate site-related updates professionally.

• Support the project team during final inspection, snagging, and handover.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
