About the Role

Studio 5 Design is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to delivering projects on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and clients.
Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within the given timeline.
Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage labour teams and allocate daily work effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare daily site progress reports and update the management team.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
Identify site issues and resolve them promptly to avoid project delays.
Attend client meetings and provide project updates whenever required.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities and project records.
