Core Responsibilities

Supervise Operations: Oversee daily site work, work crews, and subcontractors.
Enforce Safety: Check that all workers follow health and safety laws and wear safety gear.
Manage Schedule: Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines.
Control Quality: Inspect work to make sure it matches blueprints and building codes.
Handle Communication: Report progress to project managers and talk with clients or architects.
Keep Records: Maintain daily site logs, attendance records, and safety reports
