Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:

  • Collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers. 

  • Managing timelines and budgets to ensure projects stay on schedule and within cost. 

  • Coordinating material deliveries and usage. 

  • Facilitating communication between project managers and site workers. 

• Site Management:

  • Overseeing daily site activities and ensuring smooth workflow. 

  • Monitoring project progress and reporting any issues or delays. 

  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring work meets design specifications and quality standards. 

  • Resolving on-site issues and conflicts. 

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment. 

  • Monitoring site safety and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Preparing daily/weekly progress reports. 

  • Maintaining accurate records of site activities, materials, and personnel. 

• Team Leadership:

  • Supervising and leading site workers and subcontractors. 

  • Providing guidance and direction to the team. 

  • Motivating the team to achieve project goals. 

• Problem Solving:

  • Identifying and resolving on-site issues and challenges. 

  • Troubleshooting problems related to design, materials, or construction methods. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented and focused on quality.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering is often preferred.

• Experience with project management software and tools is beneficial.
