Interior Site Supervisor

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site activities related to interior execution. The role involves managing manpower, coordinating with vendors, ensuring work quality, and maintaining timelines as per project plans. The candidate should have strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure timely completion of work as per drawings and specifications.

Coordinate between clients, designers, and contractors for smooth execution.

Check measurements, levels, and alignment for all interior works (carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, etc.).

Maintain daily site reports, including material usage, manpower deployment, and work progress.

Ensure quality standards and adherence to design specifications.

Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage at site.

Resolve on-site technical or coordination issues promptly.

Ensure site safety protocols are followed by all personnel.

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely execution.

Report project updates and challenges to the project manager regularly.
