Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Supervise and manage all on-site interior works including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing.

Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.

Monitor daily site progress and report status to the Project Manager.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for timely completion of work.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.

Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.

Maintain site discipline, safety standards, and compliance with regulations.

Handle on-site issues and provide immediate solutions to avoid delays.

Verify measurements and prepare site reports/documentation.

Ensure availability of materials and coordinate procurement when required.

Assist in project handover and final inspection.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

2–4years of experience in interior site supervision (residential/commercial projects).
