JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE:-  Site Supervisor

EXPERIENCE:- 6-2 Year

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

§  Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites to ensure adherence to plans, schedules and safety regulations.

§  Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

§  Supervise and motivate site workers, providing guidance and instructions as needed.

§  Monitor material and equipment usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

§  Maintain accurate records of work in progress, material used and personal attendance.

REQUIREMENTS:-

§  Previous experience in a supervisory role in construction or related field.

§  Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques and safety regulations.

§  Excellent communication and leadership skills.
