Job Description

Planning & Coordination

Understand interior drawings and plans.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors.
Plan daily work activities on site.

👷 Site Supervision

Supervise carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.
Ensure work is done as per design and quality standards.
Monitor progress of interior work (flooring, false ceiling, furniture, etc.).

🧱 Material Management

Check quality of materials delivered on site.
Maintain record of materials used and stock.
Ensure proper storage of materials.

⏱ Time Management

Ensure work is completed on time.
Prepare and follow project schedules.
Solve delays or issues quickly.

📋 Quality & Safety

Check finishing quality of work.
Ensure safety rules are followed on site.
Report any defects or problems.

📊 Reporting

Report daily progress to senior manager.
Maintain site records and reports.
Take measurements and prepare bills if required.

🤝 Communication

Communicate with clients about progress.
Handle worker issues and maintain discipline.
