Job Description

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a construction or project site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

**Supervise and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site activities.

**Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.

**Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**Conduct site inspections and identify potential hazards.

**Ensure work complies with project specifications, drawings, and building codes.

**Manage materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.

**Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.

**Resolve on-site issues and communicate updates to project managers.

**Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

**Monitor quality control and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

*Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

*Proven experience in construction or site supervision.
