Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor
Location: Project Sites (As Assigned)
Reporting To: Project Manager / Operations Head

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of interior work.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to manage labor and material availability.

Ensure strict adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Monitor quality of workmanship and materials used at all stages of the project.

Maintain daily site reports on progress, issues, manpower, and materials.

Liaise with clients and design teams to address site-level changes or challenges.

Manage on-site problem-solving and escalate serious issues to senior management.

Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and discipline at all times.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a site supervisor in interior fit-out projects.

Good knowledge of construction/interior materials and methods.

Ability to read and interpret design drawings.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites if needed.
