Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior work at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers, contractors, and vendors and ensuring that work is completed on time and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily interior work at the site.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
Read and understand interior drawings and layouts.
Monitor work quality, materials, and project progress.
Take site measurements and check material requirements.
Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
Manage manpower and ensure timely completion of work.
Identify and resolve site-related issues.
Prepare daily site progress reports.
Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of interior execution and site work.
Ability to read drawings and understand measurements.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage workers and contractors.
Strong knowledge of Autocad.
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
Software: Autocad.
Experience: 2–5 years in interior site supervision/execution preferred.
