Ensure timely execution of work as per design, quality standards, and project timelines.

Monitor materials usage, track inventory, and reduce wastage.
Handle on-site challenges, propose practical solutions, and escalate issues as needed.
Implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
Conduct daily reporting and documentation of site progress, issues, and materials used.
Ensure safety protocols and compliance on site.
Maintain clear communication between the office and the on-site team.
