Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage Architecture/Interior Design/Remodelling projects at various sites, ensuring work progresses according to design plans and quality standards.
Coordinate with designers, contractors, subcontractors, and other vendors to resolve any on-site issues.
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion of interior work.
Interpret and execute AutoCAD drawings and layout plans on-site.
Monitor quality control and ensure all work is carried out to design specifications and safety standards.
Manage site resources including materials, manpower, and tools.
Regularly report progress to the manager and flag any issues or delays.
Maintain site documentation including checklists, material records, and daily work logs.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the job site at all times.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
Prior experience as a Draughtsman or in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential interior site supervision.
Basic working experience on drafting AutoCAD drawings.
Strong knowledge of interior finishes, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have own vehicle for site visits.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work under pressure.
