Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage Architecture/Interior Design/Remodeling projects at various sites, ensuring work progresses according to design plans and quality standards.
Coordinate with designers, contractors, subcontractors, and other vendors to resolve any on-site issues.
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion of interior work.
Interpret and execute AutoCAD drawings and layout plans on-site.
Monitor quality control and ensure all work is carried out to design specifications and safety standards.
Manage site resources including materials, manpower, and tools.
Regularly report progress to the manager and flag any issues or delays.
Maintain site documentation including checklists, material records, and daily work logs.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the job site at all times.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Prior experience as a Draughtsman or in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
