Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and committed Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution for our ongoing projects in Chennai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling civil/interior works, managing labour teams, and ensuring timely and quality project completion. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site execution of civil and interior works including electrical, plumbing, finishing, etc.

• Interpret design drawings and ensure execution as per specifications and BOQ.

• Manage labour teams, monitor productivity, and resolve on-site issues.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

• Maintain daily progress reports, material logs, and update project status.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Support the project manager in meeting deadlines and controlling costs

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of site supervision and project execution.

• Ability to read technical drawings and manage BOQs.

• Strong team management and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Familiarity with site safety and statutory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in site supervision (civil/interior projects).
