Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day execution, supervision, and coordination of interior fit-out works at site. The role ensures that work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

🔧 Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise all interior works including civil, carpentry, aluminium, glass, painting, electrical coordination, and finishing works

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications

• Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project schedule

📊 Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors

• Plan manpower, materials, and tools required for smooth execution

• Coordinate with design team / client / consultants for clarifications

📏 Quality Control

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and approved samples

• Check materials received at site

• Identify and rectify defects or deviations

🧾 Measurement & Billing Support

• Take site measurements for billing and BOQ verification

• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR)

• Assist in vendor billing and certification

⚠️ Safety & Compliance

• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety practices at site

• Maintain site discipline and compliance with company policies

• Report any incidents or hazards immediately

📦 Material Management

• Track material consumption and minimize wastage

• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials

• Coordinate for timely procurement and delivery

📸 Reporting

• Share daily/weekly progress reports with photos

• Update management on progress, delays, and issues

• Maintain site records and documentation

Skills & Requirements

• Experience: 2–8 years in interior fit-out projects

• Knowledge of interior drawings, materials, and execution techniques

• Basic understanding of electrical & MEP coordination

• Ability to handle labour and subcontractors

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Education

• Diploma / ITI / Graduation in Civil / Interior / related field (preferred)

Other Requirements

• Willingness to work at site locations

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting

Salary Range (Optional)

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience & project type)

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
