Job Description

Execution & Quality Control: Implementing blueprints (Good For Construction drawings), taking accurate site measurements, and verifying that civil, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works meet quality standards. [1, 2, 3]
Vendor Management: Coordinating with subcontractors, carpenters, fabricators, and suppliers to ensure material deliveries align with the project schedule. [1, 2, 3]
Progress Tracking: Identifying bottlenecks, mitigating risks, and maintaining daily progress reports and snagging (defect-correction) lists before handing over the space.
