Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor workmanship quality to meet design and specification standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, architects, and subcontractors.

• Ensure all construction and interior fit-out activities are carried out as per approved drawings and timelines.

2. Project Coordination

• Plan, schedule, and manage manpower, materials, and equipment on site.

• Maintain constant communication with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.

• Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address issues, and maintain alignment with project goals.

3. Quality & Safety Control

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

• Inspect ongoing and completed work for quality assurance and compliance with standards.

• Resolve technical issues that arise during execution in coordination with engineers/designers.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and progress updates.

• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.

• Document and report deviations from plans, delays, and resource shortages.

5. Client & Stakeholder Liaison

• Communicate with clients and consultants regarding project progress and site concerns.

• Manage site handover and snag rectification as per client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management.

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency

• Strong attention to detail

Working Conditions:

• Based on-site at project locations.
