Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor workmanship quality to meet design and specification standards.
Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, architects, and subcontractors.
Ensure all construction and interior fit-out activities are carried out as per approved drawings and timelines.
Plan, schedule, and manage manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
Maintain constant communication with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address issues, and maintain alignment with project goals.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Inspect ongoing and completed work for quality assurance and compliance with standards.
Resolve technical issues that arise during execution in coordination with engineers/designers.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and progress updates.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Document and report deviations from plans, delays, and resource shortages.
Communicate with clients and consultants regarding project progress and site concerns.
Manage site handover and snag rectification as per client satisfaction.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
