We are looking for a skilled and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site interior fit-out projects for residential and commercial spaces. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site execution, maintaining quality standards, and completing projects within deadlines.

### Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage complete site execution
Handle daily site operations and workforce management
Ensure quality control as per company standards
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
Maintain proper material handling and usage
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Execute work as per drawings, layouts, and specifications

### Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of civil and interior works
Experience in carpentry & modular furniture
Understanding of false ceiling, electrical & plumbing work
Knowledge of painting, polishing, and finishing work
Familiarity with flooring, glass & aluminium work
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
