Role Overview

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring that interior design and fit-out projects are executed according to drawings, timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves coordinating with vendors, contractors, and the design team to deliver projects smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure execution as per approved drawings and design specifications.

• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors for smooth and timely workflow.

• Monitor site progress regularly and submit daily updates to the Project Manager.

• Ensure all tasks are completed within the planned project timeline.

• Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered at site before use.

• Control and track material consumption to minimize wastage and shortages.

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and finishing as per company quality norms.

• Identify site challenges, design discrepancies, and execution issues, and report them for quick resolution.

• Raise material requisitions in advance based on the project schedule.

• Act as the key coordination point between the site team and the office/design team.

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain proper site discipline and cleanliness.

• Conduct regular inspections and prepare snag lists prior to project handover.

• Take accurate site measurements and support billing and work verification processes.

• Maintain proper site documentation including daily reports, progress photographs, and completion records.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
