Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for interior design / fit-out projects.

• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor material delivery, installation, and finishing work on-site.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

• Manage and guide carpenters, electricians, painters, and other subcontractors.

• Handle site measurements, material requirements, and inventory management.

• Report project progress, issues, and completion status to the management.

• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in interior fit-out, furniture, or modular work.

• Strong coordination and leadership skills.

• Ability to read and understand interior drawings and layouts.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and site supervision techniques.

• Basic computer skills (Excel / Email updates).
