Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior design projects on-site. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure timely project execution with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities as per drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project flow.

• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and site safety compliance.

• Manage site materials, resources, and work progress reports.

• Inspect and ensure finishing quality and design accuracy.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or equivalent.

• 2–5 years of site supervision experience in interior/fit-out projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of interior works, materials, and finishes.

• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
