Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities across multiple project sites in Pune. The candidate will monitor site progress, manage labour and materials, and ensure smooth execution of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and supervise different project sites across Pune.
- Monitor daily work and overall project progress.
- Manage labour, contractors, and site activities.
- Monitor material availability and usage.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and contractors.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, and material requirements.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project requirements.
- Provide regular site progress updates.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil, Interior Design, Construction, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers can apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of site work and drawing reading preferred.
- Willingness to travel to different sites across Pune.
- Ability to manage labour and take responsibility for site activities.
