Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site activities, manage workers, ensure safety, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction supervision, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, engineers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

• Monitor and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow.

• Maintain daily site reports, including labor strength, progress updates, and material usage.

• Ensure safety protocols and compliance with statutory and company regulations on-site.

• Oversee material delivery, storage, and usage to avoid wastage.

• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and management for site requirements and updates.

• Resolve any on-site issues, delays, or conflicts efficiently.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Site Supervisor in residential/commercial construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic site reporting tools.

• Flexibility to work extended hours and manage multiple tasks.
