Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer to manage and execute interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, coordination with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Plan and monitor daily site activities.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, MEP teams, and subcontractors.

• Supervise manpower and subcontractors at site.

• Ensure work quality as per project standards.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Monitor project schedules and meet deadlines.

• Verify measurements and quantities for billing purposes.

• Coordinate material requirements with the purchase and store departments.

• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at site.

• Attend client meetings and resolve site-related issues.

• Manage project handover and snag rectification.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Interior Fit-Out works.

• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.

• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, and measurements.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and project reporting.

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE (Civil)

• Interior Design / Architecture candidates with relevant execution experience may also apply.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
