We are seeking a reliable and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all on-site interior project activities. The role involves coordinating with contractors, designers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of interior works, maintaining quality, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily interior work at the project site and ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors.

• Monitor work progress, quality control, and adherence to design specifications.

• Manage site labor, materials, and subcontractors efficiently.

• Ensure implementation of health and safety protocols at the site.

• Prepare and maintain daily reports, work logs, and site documentation.

• Handle minor on-site technical decisions and escalate major issues.

• Verify and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship.

• Ensure project completion within budget and time constraints.

• Communicate with clients and update them on site progress as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Min. 1-3 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of interior works including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishes.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication and team coordination abilities.

• Working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
