About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior contracting projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be attentive, dependable, highly communicative, and available as needed to ensure smooth execution on site.

This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams, materials, and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Supervision & Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and timelines.

  • Maintain quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.

• Drawing & Plan Interpretation

  • Read, interpret, and implement floor plans, technical drawings, and BOQs accurately.

  • Communicate design details and instructions clearly to workers and contractors.

• Labour & Team Management

  • Handle labour teams effectively, ensuring productivity and discipline on site.

  • Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues promptly.

• Material Management

  • Plan, request, and manage timely procurement of materials as per project requirements.

  • Verify material quality and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for on-time delivery.

• Client & Contractor Coordination

  • Act as a reliable point of contact between clients, contractors, and the design/management team.

  • Provide daily/weekly updates on progress and challenges.

• Problem-Solving & Availability

  • Be available whenever required for urgent site matters.

  • Quickly address unforeseen issues without compromising quality or timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5–7+ years of experience in supervising interior contracting projects (residential/commercial).

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, site execution methods, and interior detailing.

• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings with precision.

• Proven experience in labour handling, vendor coordination, and project monitoring.

• Excellent communication skills (Tamil, English, Hindi).

• Strong organizational and leadership qualities with a hands-on approach.

• Flexible and available as per site/project requirements.
