Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all civil and structural activities at site, including foundation, fabrication, erection, and finishing works.

• Execute work strictly as per approved AutoCAD drawings, BOQ, and specifications.

• Use AutoCAD to read, interpret, and make minor modifications to technical drawings as needed.

• Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to resolve on-site drawing or measurement discrepancies.

• Maintain daily site progress reports, attendance, and material consumption records.

• Ensure proper sequencing of activities to achieve project timelines.

• Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to safety, structural integrity, and finishing standards.

• Manage subcontractors, labor, and suppliers for smooth workflow and productivity.

• Support project documentation including measurements, billing support, and handover documentation.

• Attend site coordination meetings and update progress to the project manager regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 3–6 years of site supervision experience in civil, structural, or infrastructure projects.

• Strong command of AutoCAD for reading and editing technical drawings.

• Good understanding of site-level civil execution, materials, and quality standards.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent team coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

• Willingness to travel or stay at project sites as per project requirements.
