Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily on-site operations, ensure work is completed as per plans, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedules

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors

• Monitor material usage and report shortages or requirements

• Ensure safety rules and site discipline are followed

• Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports

• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly

• Ensure quality standards and timelines are met

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety norms

• Ability to read drawings and plans

• Strong communication and team coordination skills

Experience:

• 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience
