Job Description

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily on-site operations, ensure work is completed as per plans, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
Monitor material usage and report shortages or requirements
Ensure safety rules and site discipline are followed
Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
Ensure quality standards and timelines are met

Requirements & Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety norms
Ability to read drawings and plans
Strong communication and team coordination skills

Experience:

2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience
