Job Title: Site Supervisor

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of construction activities. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure strict safety compliance, and keep the project moving according to the master schedule.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervision: Manage on-site trades and labor to ensure work matches blueprints.

• Scheduling: Sequence deliveries and subcontractor arrivals to avoid delays.

• Reporting: Maintain daily logs and report progress to the Project Manager.
