Interior Site Supervisor

Job Location

Office – Pisoli, Pune and as per project requirements (Travel to project sites as required)

Reporting To - Project Manager / Director

Job Summary

The Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and monitoring of site activities related to waterproofing, fire stoppings, partition systems, ceilings, fire doors and associated activities. The role involves ensuring quality execution, adherence to project schedules, coordination with clients and contractors, billing and maintaining safety standards at site.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

• Plan manpower deployment and monitor productivity.

• Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.

Quality Control

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and client standards.

• Verify materials received at site and ensure proper usage.

• Identify and rectify quality issues during execution.

Site Coordination

• Attend site meetings with clients and contractors.

• Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material availability.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily progress reports and site records, monitor project progress against planned schedules.

• Prepare measurement sheets and work completion reports.

• Assist in preparation and submission of project documentation, COPs, and handover records.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company safety standards.

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings when required.

Billing & Measurements

• Verify executed quantities and assist in preparation of billing.

• Coordinate with project teams for certification of completed work.

• Track material consumption and wastage.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in interior fit-out, waterproofing, partition systems, ceilings, doors or construction projects.

• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Good communication and management skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.

• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple sites and work under deadlines.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and performance.

Working Hours

10am to 6pm at office and site as per requirements.

Additional Requirements

• Own vehicle with valid driving license.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
