Job Overview

Ninedepth Venture Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior fit-out projects from execution to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, knowledge of interior materials, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project delivery with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors on-site.

- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and timelines.

- Conduct site measurements and prepare site reports.

- Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage.

- Handle vendor management, material procurement, and site logistics.

- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with the design and project management teams.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.

- Attend client meetings and provide project status updates.

- Verify completed work and ensure smooth project handover.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred).

- 1–4 years of experience in interior fit-out or residential/commercial project execution.

- Strong knowledge of interior materials, modular furniture, stone, marble, and finishing works.

- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and site layouts.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel across project sites in Delhi NCR.

- Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.
