Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior execution work at project sites. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, workers, designers, and project managers to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior site activities and workforce.

• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings and designs.

• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams, and other contractors.

• Check the quality and finishing of all interior works.

• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Take measurements and verify quantities of materials and completed work.

• Ensure proper use and availability of materials at site.

• Identify site issues and coordinate with the project manager/designer for solutions.

• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the site.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth execution.

• Inspect completed work and prepare snag/punch lists.

• Ensure corrections and finishing works are completed before handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in interior execution/site supervision.

• Understanding of carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing works.

• Ability to read and understand interior drawings.

• Good communication and contractor-management skills.

• Strong knowledge of measurements and material requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp for reporting and coordination.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
