Education - Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred but not mandatory)
Experience - Prior experience in organizing, hospitality, event setup, or customer service preferred but not compulsory — freshers welcome if trainable
Soft Skills - Strong communication, punctuality, respect for space, attention to detail
Work Ethic - Willingness to follow checklists and processes; adaptability for in-home work environments
Language - Functional Hindi + Basic English (regional language is a plus)

Handling client interactions
Folding methods, labeling, and zoning
Safety, hygiene, and etiquette during home visits
You may also give access to short internal videos or live mentorship by senior team members.
Paid per project or as per defined role (Assistant, Lead, Pack-Up Specialist, etc.)
Bonuses for client praise, early completion, and reliability
Payout released within 7 working days post project completion and approval
