As the Site Supervisor, you will be the boots on the ground for our interior design projects. You will oversee daily site operations, manage trade contractors (carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, etc.), ensure strict adherence to design plans and quality standards, and keep projects running on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
1. Site Management & Supervision
Supervise day-to-day site progress across multiple interior fit-out projects (residential/commercial).
Interpret architectural drawings, 3D renders, MEP layouts, and material specifications, ensuring the site team executes them accurately.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure craftsmanship meets the firm's premium standards before client handovers.
2. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Assign tasks, manage daily workflows, and coordinate schedule timings for sub-contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters.
Maintain clear communication between the design team, project manager, and trade workers to resolve site issues quickly.
3. Material & Inventory Control
Verify and track incoming materials, hardware, fixtures, and furniture on-site to ensure correct specifications and quantities.
Inspect incoming stock for damages and maintain proper storage to minimize waste or theft.
4. Timeline & Budget Adherence
Assist in tracking project timelines and ensure milestones are met without sacrificing work quality.
Highlight site delays, technical conflicts, or budget overruns to the Project Manager proactively.
5. Safety & Site Hygiene
Enforce site safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment at all times.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Experience: [1–5+] years of hands-on experience in site supervision specifically within interior design, interior architecture, or high-end residential/commercial fit-outs.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, technical layouts, and structural/MEP details seamlessly.
Material Knowledge: Strong familiarity with interior materials (wood, finishes, laminates, tiles, paints, lighting fixtures, hardware, etc.).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage both trade workers and designers effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and site-troubleshooting skills—able to solve structural or execution issues on the fly.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or relevant trade certification preferred.
