Interior Site Supervisor

Ø Job Description: To oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of interior design project sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, to coordinate and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project plans.

Ø Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including installations, deliveries, and material handling, ensure the site is organized, clean, and safe, monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.

Ø Supervise and coordinate the work of on-site personnel and subcontractors provide clear instructions and guidance to team members, resolve conflicts and address any performance issues and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols.

Ø Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment, Manage the scheduling of subcontractors and ensure timely completion of tasks, liaise with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure effective communication and coordination, ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards, inspect completed work and identify any defects or deficiencies, implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

Ø Enforce all safety regulations and procedures, conduct safety meetings and ensure all team members are aware of safety protocols, address any safety concerns and ensure a safe working environment, maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and safety inspections, document any delays, issues, or changes to the project plan.

Ø Reporting and Documentation: Ø Daily/Weekly Reports: Preparing and submitting regular progress reports, including details of work completed, resources deployed, and any issues encountered. Ø Site Diaries: Maintaining accurate site diaries documenting daily activities, instructions, and observations.

Ø Photographic Documentation: Taking and maintaining photographic records of the work progress.

Ø Record Keeping: Maintaining all relevant site documents, including drawings, specifications, material test certificates, and inspection reports.
