About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day work at interior project sites, coordinate with vendors and workers, and ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site work and labor.

• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.

• Check measurements, materials, and work progress

• Ensure work is done as per drawings and instructions

• Maintain site diary, reports, and daily updates

• Handle site issues and report to project manager/owner

• Monitor timelines, quality, and safety at the site.

• Take photos, send updates on WhatsApp/email.

• Ensure material availability and follow up with vendors

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience as a site supervisor (interiors preferred)

• Knowledge of interior materials, carpentry, false ceilings, electrical, painting, etc.

• Ability to read drawings (2D/3D layouts)

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Responsible, disciplined and punctual

• Basic mobile/WhatsApp/Excel knowledge

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
