Interior Projects Location: Delhi NCR

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in supervising turnkey interior projects.

Qualification: Civil Diploma preferred

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day activities at our turnkey interior sites in Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finishing materials, site execution and the ability to coordinate efficiently with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality results within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations at interior project sites to ensure smooth execution.

• Read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings to guide teams for accurate implementation.

• Oversee and monitor works related to painting, POP, false ceiling, flooring and other finishes.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and on-site workers to maintain schedules.

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to specifications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any site-level challenges promptly.

• Manage multiple sites when required.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven track record in interior site supervision for turnkey projects.

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation processes, and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into execution plans.

• Flexible to travel and manage multiple sites as per project requirements.
