Job Descrpition

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Supervisor with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the interior design industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with workers and vendors, monitoring work quality, and ensuring that projects are completed according to approved designs and timelines. These are common responsibilities in current interior site-supervision roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior work at project sites.

• Monitor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, false ceiling, modular and finishing works.

• Ensure work is executed according to approved designs, drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, contractors and vendors.

• Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed on schedule.

• Take and verify site measurements as required.

• Check the quality of materials and workmanship.

• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.

• Maintain proper site cleanliness, safety and discipline.

• Identify and report site-related issues to the Project Manager or Interior Designer.

• Maintain daily site updates, photographs and basic progress reports.

• Assist in resolving execution issues and coordinating corrections.

• Support snag rectification and final project handover.

Requirements

• 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in interior design/site supervision.

• Basic knowledge of interior execution and construction processes.

• Ability to understand basic interior drawings and layouts.

• Good knowledge of interior materials and finishing works.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage workers and coordinate with vendors.

• Basic knowledge of measurements and material requirements.

• Responsible, punctual and willing to work at project sites.

• Diploma/degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, if site travel is required.
