Interior Site Supervisor

Position: Interior Designer & Accounts Executive

We are looking for a creative, responsible, and detail-oriented Interior Designer & Accounts Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling interior design-related work along with basic accounting and office financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design

• Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and working drawings.

• Develop interior concepts, material selections, colour schemes, and space planning.

• Prepare 3D designs and presentations as required.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.

• Conduct site visits and monitor design execution.

• Prepare BOQs, estimates, quotations, and material requirement lists.

• Ensure design execution is as per approved drawings and specifications.

Accounts & Office Management

• Maintain daily income and expense records.

• Handle basic accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and expense records.

• Enter and maintain accounts in Tally Prime.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, payment receipts, and vouchers.

• Track client payments, outstanding amounts, vendor payments, and site expenses.

• Maintain basic GST-related records and coordinate with the accountant/CA when required.

• Maintain proper documentation of company financial and project-related records.

• Prepare basic monthly expense and payment summaries for management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Interior Design and Space Planning.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D software, and MS Office.

• Basic to good knowledge of Tally Prime and accounting.

• Good understanding of Excel and documentation.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and interior execution.

• Strong attention to detail and responsibility towards assigned work.

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Basic accounting/Tally certification or practical experience will be an added advantage.

• Freshers with strong skills may also be considered.

Key Requirement

The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle basic interior design work, project documentation, quotations/BOQs, site coordination, and day-to-day accounting/Tally entries.
