Job Profile: Interior Fit-Out Supervisor
Department: Projects / Execution
Reports to: Project Manager / Site Engineer
Location: Sector 140 Noida
Experience Required: 4–7 years in interior fit-out projects

Job Summary:

The Interior Fit-Out Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of interior works, ensuring high-quality finishes, adherence to drawings, timelines, and safety protocols. This role involves daily site supervision, coordination with contractors and vendors, and quality control of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress aligns with project timelines.

• Monitor all interior fit-out works, including partitioning, false ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, MEP, and furniture installations.

• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely material deliveries and proper workmanship.

• Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and project specifications to ensure implementation accuracy.

• Maintain strict quality control and ensure compliance with design and technical standards.

• Ensure site safety practices are followed by all workers and contractors.

• Prepare daily progress reports and update project stakeholders accordingly.

• Identify site issues and escalate problems with proposed solutions to the Project Manager.

• Ensure proper storage and protection of materials and finishes on-site.

• Attend project meetings and support project planning and resource allocation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

• Proven experience in supervising commercial/residential interior fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior fit-out processes.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.

• Retail, Hospitality, or Real Estate Projects
