Post: Site Supervisor (Male)

Qualification: Civil Eng / Diploma

Experience: 2-3 yrs

Salary: 25k to 30k (Negotiable for Gurgaon)

Office Location: Noida Sec 52

Work Location: Chattarpur and Gurgaon Sec 102

Shift Timing: 10am to 7pm

Week off: Sunday / any one day as per site requirements

Good communication in Written and Verbal

Good knowledge of MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Supervise day-to-day execution of interior and architectural works at the site.

2) Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth progress.

3) Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and design intent documents with accuracy.

4) Maintain quality control and ensure work is done as per specifications.

5) Track daily site progress and report to the design team with regular updates.

6) Ensure material availability and timely deliveries.

7) Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with regulations.

8) Manage multiple vendors and oversee finishing details with a keen eye.

9) Attend site meetings and resolve on-site issues proactively.
