About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor to support our site execution team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that execution is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and execution work.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, workers, and the project team.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and instructions.

• Monitor material availability and usage at site.

• Check workmanship and maintain required quality standards.

• Maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.

• Coordinate with senior site engineers / project managers for site requirements.

• Identify and report site issues, delays, or material requirements.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the site.

• Assist in measurements, quantity checking, and material verification.

• Follow project schedules and support timely completion of work.

• Coordinate with different teams involved in civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing works.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

• Basic understanding of construction and interior execution.

• Ability to read and understand basic drawings.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel to project sites within Pune.

• Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a site environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel will be an advantage.
