Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee façade installation activities and ensure smooth project execution at site. The role involves coordinating manpower, materials, and site activities while ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. The ideal candidate should be capable of monitoring project progress, maintaining accurate work records, site documentation and a supportive professional.

Key Responsibilities

 Receive approved drawings, daily targets, and work instructions from the project team.

 Plan and coordinate daily manpower, materials, tools, equipment, crane movements, and material shifting activities.

 Ensure site readiness, including safety arrangements, material availability, and work access requirements

.  Supervise façade installation works, including curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and aluminium systems.

 Guide workers and subcontractors to ensure execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.

 Monitor ongoing work to maintain quality, finishing standards, and compliance with safety regulations.

 Identify site issues and coordinate with the Site Engineer or Project Manager for timely resolution.

 Track daily material consumption, labour attendance, manpower deployment, and project progress.

 Prepare and submit daily progress reports and coordinate planning for upcoming activities.

 Prepare and submit weekly planning forms, POA (Plan of Action) and contractor progress reports, including measurements, payment rates, remarks, and payment hold details.

 Prepare, maintain, and submit all required site documentation such as Delivery Challans, Material Approval Submittals (MAS), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Work Inspection Requests (WIR), Work Permits, Gate Passes, Daily Progress Reports, and other project-related documents ensuring proper record keeping and timely coordination with clients, consultants, and the project team for approvals and compliance.

Requirement Candidates with a strong learning attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership will be preferred. Necessary support will be provided to help the candidate succeed in the role.

Required skills

 Basic knowledge of façade or site activities.

 Ability to understand technical drawings.

Qualification -Degree/Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

 Minimum 2 years of experience preferred

.  Candidates without a relevant qualification must have prior site experience.

 Freshers with a relevant Degree may apply.
